This Privacy Policy explains how the UOES mobile application ("the App"), operated as part of UOES.org, collects, uses, stores, and protects the personal information of our users. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

When you register for an account, we collect basic registration data such as your name, email address, phone number, and authentication credentials. This information is transmitted securely and stored in Firebase Firestore, a secure cloud database provided by Google Firebase. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

2. Media & Gallery Permission

The App requests access to your device's storage and photo gallery exclusively for the purpose of allowing you to upload payment verification screenshots (for course enrollment confirmation) and user-generated videos (for community and course-related content). These files are uploaded directly to Firebase Cloud Storage and are never accessed, shared, or used for any purpose beyond verifying your submission and displaying your content within the App.

3. Data Security & Hosting

Our website is securely hosted via Hostinger, and all in-app user data, media, and authentication information is encrypted and managed through Google Firebase infrastructure. We implement industry-standard security measures, including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/SSL) and access-controlled cloud storage, to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

4. Your Rights & Data Deletion

You have the right to access, update, or request deletion of your personal data and account at any time. To request account or data deletion, please contact us at Support@uoes.org. We will process verified deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

5. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for, and does not knowingly collect personal information from, children under the age of 13. We are committed to compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a child under 13, we will take immediate steps to delete such information.

Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the UOES mobile application and website. By registering for an account or enrolling in any course, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Course Enrollment

Enrollment in any UOES course requires the creation of a verified account. Access to course lectures, tools, and mentorship resources is granted only after successful enrollment and, where applicable, confirmed payment. UOES reserves the right to suspend or revoke access for accounts found violating these terms.

2. Payment Verification

Where a course or service requires payment, users must upload a valid payment screenshot through the App for manual verification. Access to paid content is activated only after our team confirms the payment. Submitting fraudulent, altered, or fake payment proof will result in immediate account suspension without refund.

3. Community & Video Sharing Guidelines

Users may upload videos and content to share progress, results, or feedback within the UOES community features. All uploaded content must be respectful, original, and free of abusive, offensive, misleading, or copyrighted material that you do not have rights to use. UOES reserves the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines and to suspend accounts responsible for repeated violations.

4. Limitation of Liability

UOES provides educational content and mentorship on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date strategies, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes or earnings. UOES is not liable for any loss, damages, or account actions taken by third-party platforms (such as Etsy) as a result of following course guidance.

5. Changes to These Terms
